CREATION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE STUDENTS WORKING AGAINST TOBACCO PROGRAMS (SWAT). A YOUTH ADVOCACY AND YOUTH EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM FOCUSED ON THE MARKETING TACTICS OF THE TOBACCO INDUSTRY. THE PROGRAM IS DRIVEN BY YOUTH UNDER THE GUIDANCE OF ADULTS. IN 2023 THERE WERE 16 ACTIVE CLUBS WITH ABOUT 320 YOUTH PARTICIPANTS. THE CLUBS HAVE BEEN WORKING TO GET LOCAL TOBACCO CONTROL ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS PASSED.
