INTERalliance brings selected students into direct employment at leading companies around the Greater Cincinnati area. The programs are organized in a continuum of opportunities that begin with those offered to 10th graders and continue through undergraduate and graduate school. INTERalliance placed 192 interns with 42 different organizations during the fiscal year. INTERAlliance sponsored the Techolympics, the largest student-run conference in the United States. The Techolympics inspire and network students so that they are prepared to become the future IT leaders in our region. INTERalliance also sponsored the Jumpstart program, a pre-intern program that prepares students furthest from opportunity for the rigor expected from our internship program.
