Able to provide supportive living services for 2 CES waiver clients in 2023; services included teaching independent living skills mentoring transportation for community integration prompting observation recording medication taken and supervision while not at day treatment doctor appointments or working if able. Both of our clients are doing very well and improving in their independent skills. We hope to take on an additional client soon.

We continue to spend the awarded $35105 from the state of Arkansas for the American Rescue Plan Act Section 9817 grant to recruit and retain more direct service professionals to provide services for CES waiver clients. We were able to award 5 sign-on bonuses to 5 new direct service professionals in 2023 as well as 6 quarterly retention bonuses.
