THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES LOW INCOME HOUSING FOR SENIOR CITIZENS. THE MANAGEMENT OF SOMERVILLE SENIOR CITIZENS' HOUSING, INC. IT IS OUR EXPRESSED INTENT TO COMPLY WITH THE LAWS AND REGULATIONS AS WRITTEN AS WELL AS, WHERE APPLICABLE, THE SPIRIT OF THESE REGULATIONS. WE ARE FURTHER COMMITTED TO THE PERIODIC REVIEW OF OUR COMPLIANCE STATUS AS WELL AS THE REVIEW OF OUR POLICIES AND PROCEDURES AND WILL MAKE ANY CHANGES NECESSARY AS A RESULT OF THIS REVIEW.
