Infant Intervention Program - weekly services to infants born with developmental disabilities, who are birth to three years old. Our dedicated team of highly qualified professionals including: speech and occupational therapists, educators, social workers, and behaviorists, collaborate with families and care-givers to support each child's development. Children with autism, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, prematurity, hearing or vision impairments and speech delays receive specialized care to help them grow and learn.Sibling and parent support groups are an integral part of our program. Services are provided in the home to over 200 infants.

EmployAbility services empower individuals to overcome employment challenges to secure and maintain meaningful work. FRA is very proud to have over 85% of those referred successfully secure jobs in the community. Our two Project SEARCH internship programs offer intensive employment internships in both Monmouth and Ocean counties. Both have been recognized nationally for attaining excellent employment outcomes. Our monthly Job Club supports both employed and job-seeking individuals, featuring strong attendance and engaging guest speakers who share valuable career insights, strategic advice,and skill-building tips. A dedicated team also provides Social Security Benefits Counseling to enhance individuals' potential for achieving greater self-reliance through employment.

TECHConnection/Forward Futures - operates as a public assistive technology computer center, serving individuals of all ages, from infancy to older adulthood, who have developmental or acquired disabilities as a result of birth defects, accident, illness, injury or aging. However, as technology has become more widely available and accessible, the demand for these services has decreased compared to previous years.In its place the new Forward Futures adult day program services were initiated January 1, 2025. Over 150 adults attend during the week attending at various times/days.This is a growing program.
