("PFP") IS THE STATE DESIGNATED CHILDCARE RESOURCE AND REFERRAL AGENCY FOR ESSEX COUNTY OFFERING COMPREHENSIVE EARLY EDUCATION SERVICES TO FAMILIES, CHILDREN AND CHILDCARE PROVIDERS. PFP DETERMINES ELIGIBILITY FOR FAMILIES WHO ARE SEEKING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE THROUGH THE NJ CHILDCARE SUBSIDY PROGRAM. PFP PROVIDES CONSUMER EDUCATION, COUNSELING, AND REFERRAL SERVICES TO FAMILIES LOOKING FOR CHILDCARE. PFP RECRUITS, TRAINS AND REGISTERS FAMILY CHILDCARE PROVIDERS TO PROVIDE CHILDCARE IN THEIR HOMES AND ENROLLS REGISTERED PROVIDERS IN THE CHILDCARE AND ADULT FOOD PROGRAM.
