Lexington Playcare Center is a nonprofit childcare facility that was established to provide educational and childcare services for families in the greater Lexington area. A Board of Directors made up of parents, staff members, and community members oversees LPC's budget, policies and other critical elements of the organization. LPC is licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care to provide childcare for toddlers and pre-school children between the ages of one year and three months to six years of age.
