Ron Burton Training Village, Inc. (the Organization or RBTV) is a Massachusetts nonprofit public charity founded in 1985 and headquartered in Hubbardston, Massachusetts. The Organization exists to train youth to achieve their purpose, despite life's challenges, through education, leadership development, physical wellness, social advancement, and spiritual growth. RBTV provides year-round programming designed to support human development, integrating academic enrichment, leadership training, physical activity, character formation, and faith-based development guided by Love, Peace, Patience, and Humility. Programming is delivered on the Organization's residential training campus and through partner-based initiatives. Activities occur throughout the year, on and off campus. RBTV is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Nearly all of the Organization's operations are funded through individual contributions, corporate donations, and foundation grants. RBTV was founded by Ron Burton, Sr., whose vision continues to guide its mission and operations today.
