EDUCATION: TWO TEN AWARDS COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS TO INDUSTRY EMPLOYEES AND THEIR DEPENDENTS TO MAKE HIGHER EDUCATION MORE AFFORDABLE FOR FOOTWEAR FAMILIES. WE ALSO OFFER UPSKILLING AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT GRANTS TO FOOTWEAR EMPLOYEES SEEKING CAREER-FOCUSED TRAINING (THROUGH A GRANT PROGRAM THAT IS CURRENTLY FOCUSED ON SUPPORTING WOMEN IN FOOTWEAR).3.
