Most LDA materials/articles are posted on website for free download/printing. LDA publishes a free monthly e-newsletter featuring articles on current research, news, links to resources & researcher funding opportunities/studies for public. LDA answers non-medical questions online & maintains a free tick-borne disease searchable nationwide doctor referral with about 800 medical providers/other professionals.This year's annual conference was held on zoom October 13-14: Lyme & Other Tick-Borne Diseases: Research & Clinical Advances 2023.

Research, Education, Grants: Since 1992, LDA has provided 127 research grants including three 2023 grants.Research published in peer-reviewed journals helps move the field forward. To date there have been more than 60 journal publications from LDA funded research. From 1999 to 2023, LDA also awarded educational grants to other non-profits, hospitals, universities/other entities to provided educational programs, conferences, billboards, printed matter/other materials on Lyme/TBD.

LA4K Grants: The Lyme Disease Association's LymeAid 4 Kids (LA4K)fund was started in conjunction with author Amy Tan. It has been in operation since 2004 and has distributed $456,000 for children all over the United States since. The fund is for children who do not have insurance coverage or do not receive reimbursement for Lyme disease treatment/diagnosis and whose families have economic difficulties. LDA's LymeAid 4 Kids fund gave 13 financially disadvantaged families grants in 2023.
