THESE PROGRAMS ENSURE THAT EACH INDIVIDUAL BECOMES A CONTRIBUTING MEMBER OF HIS OR HER COMMUNITY. TO FACILITATE ATTAINMENT OF THIS GOAL, EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AND SOCIAL/RECREATIONAL EXPERIENCES ARE PROVIDED TO SUPPORT AND ENRICH THE LIVES OF ADULTS.
