THE HEALTH NEEDS OF THE PERSONS WHO WILL BE RESIDING AT SAID ENRICHED HOUSING PROGRAM WILL BE MET BY ARRANGING FOR A RELATIONSHIP WITH EXISITING PROVIDERS, FACILITIES OR HEALTH PERSONNEL, WHICH WILL BE ASSISTIVE IN MAINTAINING THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL WELL-BEING OF THE RESIDENTS OF THE ENRICHED HOUSING PROGRAM.
