It is the mission of Midland Adults Services to render residential, employment, job training, day habilitation, social and recreational services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD). Midland is committed to the principles of self-direction and choice. In conjunction with the individual, their family, and other key stakeholders, Midland develops and implements a service plan that encompasses all major components of Residential, Employment, and full participation.Midland Residential operates community-based group homes and apartments. Nearly all of Midlands residential programs are licensed under N.J.A.C.10:44A, however our organization also operates unlicensed apartments funded through the Division of Developmental Disabilities Supports Waiver. Midland has plans to expand the program to include other varied housing options and as part of our five-year housing plan, it is anticipated that Midland will be expanding both licensed and unlicensed apartments along

Residental Services provides supervised group home settings licensed by New Jersey Department of Human Services. On-site support services are available 24 hours daily, 365 days a year. The organization supports individuals in all aspects of their lives and provides training in independent living skills to promote as much independence as possible.
