ALLIANCE FOR BETTERMENT OF CITIZENS WITH DISABILITIES (ABCD) INFLUENCES THE DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF PUBLIC POLICY THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT AND BROAD DISSEMINATION OF POLICY SYNTHESES AND OTHER INFORMATIONAL MATERIAL ON EXTANT ISSUES RELATED TO PUBLIC POLICY AND PEOPLE WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES, INCLUDING DEVELOPING CURRICULUM AND TRAINING MATERIALS.
