Home Repair Program - Northern Ocean Habitat for Humanity's Home Repair Program provides critical health, safety, and accessibility repairs for low-to-moderate income homeowners, with a focus on seniors, veterans and households facing age, disability or financial related challenges. ADA accessibility modifications are delivered through the organization's Aging in Place Program, helping older adults and individuals with disabilities safely remain in their homes. The program partners with homeowners to preserve safe, stable housing and prevent displacement by addressing interior and exterior life-safety issues, code violations, and habitability concerns. Repairs are completed through a combination of volunteer labor and licensed subcontractors under the direction of Northern Ocean Habitat construction staff. Since program inception has completed over 450 critical home repairs.

Affordable Homeownership Program - Northern Ocean Habitat for Humanity's Affordable Homeownership Program provides low-to-moderate-income families with the opportunity to achieve safe, stable, and affordable homeownership through affordable mortgage financing. The program develops and rehabilitates homes in partnership with qualified families and is carried out with the support of volunteers and community members who assist in the construction process. Construction costs are offset through donated labor and materials, as well as community donations and grant funding. Since 2002, the organization has completed 24 affordable homes, helping families reduce housing cost burden and achieve greater housing stability.
