TO PARTICIPATE ACTIVELY IN CONSTRUCTIVE MOVEMENTS AND ENDEAVORS FOR THE PROMOTION AND SAFEGUARDING OF THE INTERESTS AND GENERAL WELFARE OF THE YOUTH OF THE COMMUNITY. TO CULTIVATE AND IMPROVE THE MORAL AND CIVIC STANDARDS OF THE YOUTH OF THE COMMUNITY. TO PROVIDE A SAFE AND PRODUCTIVE ENVIRONMENT WHERE THE YOUTH OF THE COMMUNITY CAN ENJOY EDUCATIONAL, SOCIAL AND ATHLETIC ACTIVITIES UNDER COMPETENT SUPERVISION.
