THE ENVIRONMENT IS CONSISTENT, SUPPORTIVE, STRUCTURED AND COMBINED WITH CHALLENGE, CARE AND HONESTY. THE PHELPS SCHOOL IS CONCERNED WITH EMPHASIZING THE ARTICULATION AND INCULCATION OF PERSONAL MORAL VALUES AS AN IMPORTANT PART OF OUR MISSION; EDUCATING THE HEART AS WELL AS THE MIND AND BODY.
