UCRC programs maintained approximately 30 of services in Telehealth and the remaining 70 were facilitated on site. The program continues to closely monitor service attendance and tracking the number of services to ensure our members receive, not only the three touches required for billing, but all the services required to meet treatment needs. This system continues to evolve and proves to be effective as it allows for a daily monitoring of each therapist case list and member engagement status. The tracker has allowed us to observe where services need to be increased and reach out to the specific therapist and the member in a timely manner to motivate them both and address any observed or reported barriers to engaging in treatment.
