RSVPs Digital Literacy Program provides adults with essential technology skills to navigate daily life and access critical services. Trained volunteers offer one-on-one and group instruction on using devices such as smartphones, tablets, and computers. Participants learn to use email, browse the internet safely, attend virtual meetings, complete online forms, and more supporting greater independence and digital confidence. In 2024, the program served 611 individuals. 92% of students report an increased ability to stay safe online after participating in the program.

RSVPs Elementary Literacy Program trains volunteers as literacy coaches to help children in grades kindergarten through 5th grade. Volunteers provide guided reading for students in need of academic support to help them improve their reading abilities and literacy skills. The program supports students in person during school, as well as virtually afterschool and in the summer months. Teachers report 91% of students improved reading comprehension and 87% improved fluency as a result of working with RSVP volunteers.

RSVPs MY Free Tutor Program provides virtual, one-on-one math tutoring and STEM career awareness to students with academic needs. Trained volunteer math coaches are matched with the same student for an entire semester, offering consistent academic support and mentorship. A diagnostic math program is used at the start of tutoring to identify specific fundamental concepts the student needs to strengthen, allowing for a targeted, individualized approach. Students receive one hour of tutoring per week, with a focus on building math confidence and core skills. The program serves students from 3rd grade through college, as well as veterans returning to school. STEM career presentations introduce students to a wide range of potential career paths. In 2024, 92% of participants improved their understanding of subject matter and 73% improved math grades.
