Held workshops/conferences for PAHSP for DUI instructor certification and workshops/conferences for CRN evaluator certification. There were miscellaneous continuing education workshops that were held to provide a vast array of materials, products and services for the DUI professional. Under the Quality Assurance program of the Ignition Interlock contract, surveys were sent out to participants in the program, site inspections & state authority and refresher workshops were performed.
