THE CLUB PURPOSES AND OBJECTIVES INCLUDE THE PROMOTION OF THE BEAGLE AS A BREED BOTH IN THE FIELD AND IN THE SHOW RING; THE CULTIVATION OF A FRIENDLY SPIRIT AND MAINTENANCE OF UNITED COOPERATION AMONG MEMBERS; PROPAGATE, STOCK, RESTOCK, PROTECT AND CONSERVE ALL SPECIES CLASSIFIED AS GAME AND TO COOPERATE WITH LEGAL AUTHORITIES IN DOING SAME; AND TO REGULATE BY APPROPRIATE RULES, ALL FIELD TRIALS AND CONSERVATION OF ALL GAME ANIMALS AND TO ENCOURAGE THE CONSERVATION AND PROPAGATION OF ALL WILDLIFE CONSISTENT WITH THE LAW AND TO HELP SECURE THE PROPER LEGISLATION THEREOF. FIELD TRIALS ARE HOSTED FOUR TIMES A YEAR, BOTH AKC REGISTERED FIELD TRIALS AND PBGA/NEBGF FIELD TRIALS (OUR STATE ASSOCIATION AND NATIONAL FEDERATION). THE CLUB AND ITS 266 ACRES ARE USED FOR TRAINING HOUNDS YEAR-ROUND AND HOSTING FIELD TRIALS. MUCH OF THE ACREAGE IS MAINTAINED AS FARMLAND WITH MANY ACRES BEING ENROLLED IN THE FEDERAL CREP PROGRAM.
