ISPE DVC hosts an annual symposium that seeks to promote the latest life sciences industry innovations and manufacturing trends. This science and technology tradeshow integrates participation of professionals from different facets including industry end users, capital project leads, OEMs, EPCMVs, regulatory leaders and service providers. Central to the symposium is an educational track that seeks to highlight the successes across multiple manufacturing sites, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), global industry trends, facility design challenges, quality and regulatory framework, relevant topics pertaining to Emerging Leaders (ie Automation 101, ATMP 101, etc.) The event is attended by more than 1,250 participants.

The organization has a sponsorship program in which individuals and organizations can contribute to an annual sponsorship package to further the mission of the local Life Sciences community. Sponsorship funds received contribute to the overall promotion of the chapter's educational and program events that target to address the trending topics in life sciences, updates to Baseline Guides that govern current industry manufacturing practices, special interest groups such as Women in Pharma (WIP) and Communities of Practice (CoP), etc. During 2023, there were 33 program sponsors.
