AS AN ORGANIZATION WITH OVER 40 YEARS IN THE SOCIAL JUSTICE FIELD, EQUAL MEASURE PARTNERS WITH FOUNDATIONS, NONPROFITS, AND PUBLIC ENTITIES TO APPLY NEW WAYS OF THINKING AND LEARNING TO TRANSFORM SYSTEMS. WE APPLY OUR SERVICE LINES (EVALUATION, CAPACITY BUILDING, TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, AND COMMUNICATIONS) IN ORDER TO SUPPORT OUR PARTNERS. WE ENVISION A SOCIETY WHERE INDIVIDUALS HAVE THE ABILITY TO THRIVE AND ACTIVELY PARTICIPATE IN THEIR COMMUNITIES, IRRESPECTIVE OF RACE, SEX OR OTHER PROTECTED CHARACTERISTICS.
