THE DVHCC THUS ENSURES A BETTER WAY OF LIFE FOR OUR UNION MEMBERS AND THEIR FAMILIES, AND ALLOWS OUR UNION EMPLOYERS TO BE COMPETITIVE WITH THEIR NON-UNION COUNTERPARTS, THEREBY FACILITATING, IN TURN, AN INCREASE TO THE NUMBER OF UNION RANK AND FILE MEMBERS.
