OUR FOCUS ON OUR VOLUNTEER EFFORTS HAVE CONTINUED TO PROVIDE EXTRA SUPPORT FOR OUR STUDENTS IN READING, MATH, ART & OTHER SUBJECTS. WE HAVE EXPERIENCED GROWTH IN PROGRAMS THAT ADD ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR OUR STUDENTS IN LIFE SKILLS ACTIVITIES AND OTHER REAL LIFE APPLICATION AREAS. PARTNERING WITH OTHER LOCAL NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS HAVE ALSO GIVEN US THE ABILITY TO SEE OUR STUDENTS RECEIVE MEANINGFUL INTERNSHIPS & MENTORING OUTSIDE OF OUR TEAM. SOME OF THESE OPPORTUNITIES HAVE LEAD TO JOB POSSIBILITIES & A GREATER NUMBER STUDENTS SEEKING HIGHER LEARNING AFTER GRADUATION. THESE OPPORTUNITIES HINGE ON OUR ABILITY TO HAVE & MANTAIN A FACILITY THAT CAN ENCOURAGE OUR STUDENTS. IT HAS ALSO MEANT ADDING STAFF TO OUR TEAM & INCREASING PAYROLL OVER THE PAST YEAR, PURCHASING A NEW BUILDING TO ACCOMMODATE THE INCREASE IN STUDENTS, PHYSICAL EDUCATION MATERIALS, LEARNING & TEACHING TOOLS WHICH HAVE ALL BEEN
