LEG UP FARM PROVIDES ADULTS EXPERIENCING UNIQUE CHALLENGES (PARTICULARLY SPECIAL NEEDS ADULTS, VETERANS, AND FIRST RESPONDERS) WITH ACCESSIBLE AND AFFORDABLE MENTAL HEALTH AND NUTRITION SERVICES.
