WE BELIEVE THAT WELCOMING NEW RESIDENTS, WORKERS, AND ENTREPRENEURS HELPS STRENGTHEN PENNSYLVANIA BY SUPPORTING POPULATION RENEWAL, STABILIZING NEIGHBORHOODS, AND CONTRIBUTING NEW IDEAS TO THE REGIONAL ECONOMY. WHEN THE STATE IS A PLACE THAT ATTRACTS PEOPLE WITH A VARIETY OF EXPERIENCES, IT BECOMES MORE VIBRANT, MORE INNOVATIVE, AND BETTER POSITIONED TO COMPETE WITHIN A GLOBAL MARKET. WE COLLABORATE CLOSELY WITH GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYERS, BUSINESS ASSOCIATIONS, TRADE UNIONS, AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PARTNERS TO DELIVER EFFECTIVE PROGRAMS.
