THE SCHOOL IS INCORPORATED UNDER THE NONPROFIT CORPORATION LAW OF 1988, AS AMENDED, OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF PA, AND SHALL BE ORGANIZED AND OPERATED EXCLUSIVELY FOR CHARITABLE, SCIENTIFIC, LITERACY, AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES PERMITTED WITHIN THE SCOPE OF SECTION 501C3 OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE OF 1986, AS AMENDED, INCLUDING THE PURPOSES SPECIFIED IN ACT NO 1997-22 OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF PA.
