Technical assistance to community organizations: In 2024, we provided prject design and development assistance to various community and neighborhood organizations in the Philadelphia region. We further partnered with other groups, including the women-led, Earth Forward Group, Stevens College of Technology, and the Liberia-based Calvary Baptist Church and the Kakata Rural Teachers Training Institute(KRTTI) on the Liberia Institute for Girls - Todee LIG project. The LIG project is in part, sponsored by the U.S. Embassy in Liberia. Since the mid-1990s, we continue to provide various forms of technical assistance to community groups for the formation of community developement credit unions and other forms of CDFIs. STEM education ecosystems, and business plans for small entrepreneurs, among others. project is sponsored, in part by the U.S. State Department through its embassy in Liberia.

In 2024, we continue to provide support to the Multicultural Community Family Services and the Faith Immanuel Lutheran Church as well as All For All children program. Including early STEM learning, after school and summer programs in East Lansdown and Upper Darby located in Delaware County. CCA help with design and launch of these programs a couple of years ago, and we continue to assist as needed. on occasion, we provide fundraising and other worshops in collaboration with churches and other groups in Delaware County.

Musgrave Street Rehabilitation Project in the East Mt. Airy neighborhood of Philadelphia. Launched in 2022, Phas-1 of the Musgrave Street project was completed in 2023. Phas-2 began in 2024, with $250,000.00 reimbursable grant support from the PA Department of Community and Economic Development. We hope to expand the Musgrave Street project to about 4-6 block radius within Mt. Airy.
