HOSTED 22 IN-PERSON DELEGATIONS THROUGH THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF STATES INTERNATIONAL VISITOR LEADERSHIP PROGRAM, BRINGING 218 INTERNATIONAL LEADERS FROM 80 COUNTRIES TO GREATER PHOENIX, ENGAGING WITH 100 LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS. HOSTED MORE THAN 37 COMMUNITY EVENTS WITH INTERNATIONAL VISITORS INCLUDING SPECIAL RECEPTIONS, GLOBAL CAFES, CHINA TOWN HALL, SUMMER PROGRAMMING, WORLDLY WOMEN PROGRAMMING, ANNUAL LUNAR NEW YEAR CELEBRATION, AND SUPPLEMENTAL YOUTH PROGRAMMING. IMPLEMENTED THE YOUNG DIPLOMATS SUMMER PROGRAM FOR THE THIRD YEAR WITH 35 HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS FROM 24 HIGH SCHOOLS ACROSS GREATER PHOENIX. ENGAGED WITH MORE THAN 500 VOLUNTEERS OF THE LOCAL COMMUNITY FOR MORE THAN 2500 TOTAL VOLUNTEER HOURS.
