COMMUNITY HOMES OF LEBANON VALLEY, INC. POPLAR TERRACE PROVIDES 77 OF THE HOUSING UNITS AND WILLOW TERRACE PROVIDES 100 UNITS. WILLOW TERRACE HAS FULFILLED ITS PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE SINCE JUNE 15, 1968 AND POPLAR TERRACE SINCE JUNE 25, 1968. WILLOW TERRACE PROVIDES THE APARTMENTS TO MIDDLE-INCOME TENANTS AND POPLAR TERRACE PROVIDES THE APARTMENTS TO LOW-INCOME TENANTS.
