ATTENTION TO LIBRARY AND ARCHIVAL DEVELOPMENT WITHIN LATIN AMERICA AND THE CARIBBEAN IS ALWAYS OF CONCERN, AND ANNUALLY SEVERAL PROFESSIONALS FROM THOSE AREAS RECEIVE THE ENLACE FELLOWSHIP TO ATTEND FOR PRESENTING A PAPER AT OUR ANNUAL CONFERENCE.
