Primary adult medical care (12,271 clinic/virtual visits, 4,321 patients) offers services for chronic and acute care to patients the majority of whom are Medicaid-eligible, or are uninsured or underinsured. Services include comprehensive coordinated treatment of chronic diseases like hypertension, diabetes, asthma and high cholesterol plus specialty clinics in physical therapy, dermatology, neurology, ophthalmology, and rheumatology. We continue to offer pediatric services including well child visits and immunization access as well as family planning services to adolescents.
