TO HOLD TITLE TO CERTAIN DWELLINGS AND REAL ESTATE WITHIN THE CITY OF LINCOLN, AND TO LEASE SUCH PROPERTIES TO THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF LINCOLN TO BE USED IN PROVIDING LOW INCOME HOUSING PURSUANT TO EXISTING LAWS OF NEBRASKA AND THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. 4. TO SERVE AS MANAGER OF LOW INCOME HOUSING.
