IS A MASTER PLANNED COMMUNITY WITH A POP. OF APPROX. 2,500 PEOPLE. THE ASSOC. OWNS AND MAINTAINS APPROX. 2M SQ. FT. OF PROPERTY, CONSISTING OF GREENBELTS, STREAMS, SLOPES, 2 LAKES SURROUNDED BY PARKS AND TRAILS, A CLUBHOUSE, 3 POOL FACILITIES, AN RV STORAGE LOT, AN AVOCADO GROVE, & VARIOUS PARKS/FIELDS WHICH CONTAIN PLAYGROUND EQUIP. AND OTHER AMENITIES. FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE TO RESIDENTS AND THEIR GUESTS ON AN UNRESTRICTED BASIS.
