The JROTC competitions and poster competitions in Texas schools related to Patriotism for the United States of America. The Society also recognizes individual achievements and patriotic service with the presentation of medals and awards. The Society holds an annual state convention where awards and medals are presented and essay finalists are recognized. A Newsletter is published for informing members of the activities and achievements. The Society does not give grants at this time.
