Saint Louis Ballet presents four (4) performing series a year - Three (3) are held at the 1,600-seat Touhill Performing Arts Center on the campus of the University of Missouri in St. Louis: Fall series in October such as Giselle or mixed repertory, The Nutcracker in November and December, and a full-length classic such as Swan Lake, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty in April featuring live music. The Company also presents a Winter contemporary series in February at the Kirkwood Performing Arts Center, in celebration of Valentine's Day. In addition, starting in the spring of 2018, the organization added a new contemporary series at The Grandel Theatre in St. Louis each May. The organization has been dedicated to advancing the art of ballet in St. Louis for nearly 40 years. Since 2001, the organization has been led by Gen Horiuchi, former Principal Dancer of New York City Ballet. Saint Louis Ballet serves over 20,000 patrons per year. Our ticket revenue has increased more than 60% in the last five years, demonstrating the community's commitment and interest in the company's performances.

Saint Louis Ballet's Professional Training Program is intended to help post graduate students transition from student to professional dancer. The Professional Training Program is a program for dancers ages 18-22 that concentrates on strengthening technique and developing artistry through a full-day, 35-week, comprehensive program. The Professional Training Program includes technique, pointe, variations, adagio, contemporary, and seminars and conferences on such topics as nutrition, personal safety, and life skills.
