EACH TRIP IS ABOUT 10 DAYS AND INDIVIDUALS CCOME FROM THE U.S. TO HELP US ON THESE TRIPS. WE TREAT AN AVERAGE OF 400 - 600 PEOPLE ON EACH TRIP. BOTH MEDICAL AND DENTAL.
