TO HELP ADDRESS AND MEET THE SOCIAL NEEDS OF DISABLED ADULTS (WITH EMPHASIS ON THE CEREBRAL PALSIED) BY PROVIDING COMMON MEETING PLACES AND ARRANGING SPEAKERS AND/OR SOCIAL EVENTS WHERE THE INDIVIDUALS HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR SOCIAL INTERACTION WITH THEIR PEERS.E.
