THE ASSOCIATION PUBLISHES A SCIENTIFIC JOURNAL AND HOLDS EDUCATIONAL MEETINGS AND WORKSHOPS TO CARRY OUT ITS MISSION. THE ASSOCIATION DEVELOPS AND PUBLISHES FAMILY PATIENT RESOURCES THAT ARE AVAILABLE FREE TO THE PUBLIC. THE ASSOCIATION HAS OVER 50 LOCAL AFFILIATED CHAPTERS THROUGHOUT THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA THAT PARTICIPATE IN VARIOUS COMMUNITY AND EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES THROUGHOUT THE YEAR TO PROMOTE THE ASSOCIATION'S PURPOSE AND VISION.
