INFORMATIONAL BULLETINS ARE PERIODICALLY PUBLISHED, EITHER VIA THE DCA NEWS, E-DCA.ORG OR SPECIAL MEMORANDA, DEALING WITH ACTIVITIES IN THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY AND OTHER LEVELS OF FEDERAL, STATE, COUNTY AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT.
