JEFFERSON COUNTY EMS (JCEMS) WILL PROVIDE THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF PRE-HOSPITAL BASIC AND ADVANCED LIFE SUPPORT CARE WITH A FOCUS ON THE BEST POSSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. IN COOPERATION WITH THE PA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND INTEGRATED WITH OTHER AGENCIES, WE WILL PROMOTE ALL ASPECTS OF A COMPREHENSIVE SYSTEM OF PRE- HOSPITAL EMERGENCY AND NON-EMERGENT MEDICAL CARE AND TRANSPORTATION.
