HCL provides a well-rounded collection of adult fiction and non-fiction, youth and children's books, periodicals, various reference materials, audio books and digital video discs for free usage by the public. During 2024, there were 40,771 visits to the library and 163,333 materials were circulated. HCL provides various enrichment programs for the residents of Hampton Township. These include a summer reading program for children, a weekly children's story hour and numerous programs throughout the year for teenagers and adults. During 2024, 734 children and teenagers participated in the summer reading program. 134 children's programs were presented with a total attendance of 3,774 and 122 adult programs were presented with a total attendance of 1,620.
