The organization had no operations since December 2019. The 37 unit HUD low income apartment building was sold on December 13, 2019. See Schedule N for further details. Previously, the community provided affordable supportive housing for seniors who met the income eligibility requirements of the HUD 202 Section 8 program. 100% of the 34-37 residents served daily met these guidelines.The three most common areas where residents needed assistance were transportation, housekeeping, and meals. Other services included social service coordination and other supportive and preventative programs to assist residents to age with choice, such as medication management, bathing, and IDL support. In addition, there was also a focus on prevention through education, health screenings, and wellness and activity programs to support the health of the community.
