The program is delivered through defined processes including recruitment, onboarding, training, professional development, and workforce placement, and includes a six-week intensive training period followed by a three-month applied work experience. Participants receive industry-aligned instruction across multiple tracks, including preservation, construction, and administrative coordination, supplemented by wellness education, financial literacy, and career coaching. Outcomes are measured through job creation, participant assessments, and community engagement, with documented results including workforce placement, new job creation, and long-term career development. The program has generated measurable impact, including thousands of training hours, the creation of new jobs, and successful workforce placement for a majority of participants.
