YOUTHVISION INTERNATIONAL RUNS A HUMANITARIAN PROGRAM IN LIBERIA WHERE ORPHANS ARE FED DAILY IN 23 ORPHANAGES. IN ADDITION TO THIS, THE HUMANITARIAN PROGRAM FEEDS 18 COMMUNITIES OF THE BLIND, 10 COMMUNITIES OF WIDOWS, AND 3 COMMUNITIES OF DESTITUTE CHILDREN. THE PROGRAM ALSO REBUILDS HOMES FOR THE BLIND WHERE NEEDED AND PROVIDES THEM WITH BEDS.YOUTHVISION INTERNATIONAL ALSO BUILT A LARGE WAREHOUSE TO STORE THE FOOD SHIPPED IN. THE ORGANIZATION IS NOW SENDING 5 40-FOOT CONTAINERS 2-3 TIMES A YEAR, EACH OF WHICH CONTAINS 250,000 MEALS. THE ORGANIZATION IS EXPANDING INTO MORE COUNTRIES IN AFRICA, AS WELL AS BRAZIL AND HONDURAS, AND HAS INDIGENOUS LEADERS IN ALL THESE COUNTRIES.YOUTHVISION INTERNATIONAL ALSO BUILT AND OPERATES A TECHNICAL TRAINING SCHOOL IN MONROVIA, LIBERIA FOR YOUTH. 200 STUDENTS ATTENDED THE FIRST 9 MONTH SESSION.YOUTHVISION INTERNATIONAL ALSO MAINTAINS 20 LOCATIONS IN SIERRA LEONE, WHICH INCLUDE SCHOOLS FOR THE BLIND, COMMUNITIES OF THE BLIND, COMMUNITIES OF POLIO VICTIMS, COMMUNITIES OF AMPUTEES FROM THE WAR, AN AUTISM CENTER, HOMES FOR THE DEAF, AND COMMUNITIES OF EBOLA ORPHANS.IN HAITI, YOUTHVISION INTERNATIONAL MAINTAINS THE ST. GEORGE ORPHANAGE, WHICH FEEDS AND CLOTHES ORPHANS FROM THE 2010 EARTHQUAKE AND POOR FAMILIES.YOUTHVISION INTERNATIONAL HAS BEEN FEEDING 200+ FAMILIES, 3 ORPHANAGES, AND WIDOWS IN DR CONGO SINCE THE REBELS TOOK CONTROL.
