THE UNITED STATES STEEL CORPORATION SUPPLEMENTAL UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS PLAN TRUST (THE "TRUST") MAKES PAYMENTS OF SUPPLEMENTAL UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS TO ALL PLAN PARTICIPANTS THAT QUALIFY FOR SUCH BENEFITS UNDER THE TERMS OF THE PLAN THAT SUPPORTS THE TRUST. ALL ADMINISTRATIVE EXPENSES ARE BORNE BY THE PLAN SPONSOR. AS OF DECEMBER 31, 2023, THERE WERE 11,342 PARTICIPANTS ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PLAN.
