Acacia Network Housing, Inc. ("ANH") Is A Dynamic and growing not for profit organization that provides transitional housing for the homeless and the assistance to help these families and individuals find permanent residences. While clients are with ANH, families and individuals receive numerous integrated supportive services to help them attain their goal of permanent housing. These services include individual assessments of impediments that people may have in achieving their housing goals and referrals to Medical, Psychological, Educational, Day care and Employment resources to help people receive needed medical care and develop the skills and Motivation to find jobs and homes. Case workers meet with clients frequently to gauge their progress and to provide additional supports as necessary.
