Affordable Housing A lack of affordable housing is a significant obstacle to citizens of SE Colorado Springs who are in the process of economic development. Because factors such as race, ethnicity, and social status put many SE residents at a disadvantage when seeking housing, Solid Rock CDC is committed to take the initiative in establishing relationships with landlords, developers, community organizations, and government agencies to address the need for affordable housing in SE Colorado Springs
