Bonton Enterprises provides educational programming designed to provide life skills and job skills training to at-risk residents the majority of participants in Bonton Enterprises program are former felons who have been recently released after years of incarceration other participants are community residents suffering from addiction and substance abuse, women living in domestic abuse shelters, and youths caught in and trying to escape from gang life these individuals lack the basic skills necessary to gain employment.
